Summary
- We're looking for a dependable and energetic Shift Supervisor to join our team and help lead daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Monitor staff performance and provide support, feedback, and training as needed
- Ensure quality food, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service at all times
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently
- Manage inventory and supplies; ensure proper stock levels and reduce waste
- Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Complete shift reports, cash reconciliation, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- OND, NCE, SSCE qualification
- 1 year proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a restaurant or fast-paced service environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 monthly.
