Job Title: Partner Associate (1PL & 3PL)

Location: Mowe–Ibafo

Net Salary: ₦110,000

Reporting To: Partner Regional Manager (1PL & 3PL)

Department: Logistics/Operations

Summary:

Coordinate logistics operations within assigned locations. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, monitor partner performance, resolve issues, and maintain smooth operations with 1PL/3PL partners.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Manage daily shipment assignments and fulfillment.

 • Resolve delivery issues (delays, damages, routing).

 • Plan ahead with partners for next-day shipments.

 • Ensure daily shipment closure and reconciliation.

 • Monitor partner metrics for efficiency and retention.

 • Act as main point of contact for logistics partners.

 • Optimize transportation processes and timely deliveries.

KPIs:

 • Shipment Reconciliation (TAT): Done within 24 hrs (35%)

 • Dispatch: 5+ vehicles per day (50%)

 • Partner Retention: ≤10% inactive (5%)

 • DSP Sign-ups: 2/week (10%)
