We are currently hiring Business Development Officers (SME Loan Officers) and Deposit Mobilization Managers to join our expanding team and drive our SME lending, deposit growth, and POS deployment business in the following locations:

📍 Lagos Island

📍 Epe

📍 Sangotedo

📍 Ojo and Oshodi Axis

🔹 Business Development Officers (SME Loan Officers)

Key Responsibilities:

Source, appraise, and manage SME loan applications

Conduct credit analysis and manage loan recovery

Drive customer acquisition and market penetration

🔹 Deposit Mobilization Managers

Key Responsibilities:

Mobilize savings and current account deposits

Onboard high-value customers and agents

Lead POS business acquisition and deployment

Build and manage strong customer relationships

💼 Salary Range: ₦240,000 – ₦350,000 monthly (based on experience and performance)

📝 Ideal candidates must be self-driven, target-oriented, and have previous experience in microfinance or commercial banking.
