Salary: 1M - 1.5M Monthly Net

Are you a seasoned HR professional with deep experience in HR Outsourcing, Operations, and Workforce Management? Do you thrive on driving service excellence, talent engagement, and business growth? This is your opportunity to lead one of the most strategic functions in our Fulfilment Division.

As Head, Outsourcing Department, you will:

✅ Oversee HR Outsourcing operations for guard force and other outsourced roles

✅ Drive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies

✅ Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and portfolio expansion

✅ Champion HR operations excellence and process improvement for superior service delivery

✅ Lead a high-performing team of HRBPs, Recruitment Managers, and Outsourcing Leads

What We’re Looking For:

✔ A minimum of 7-10 years HR experience with strong exposure to outsourcing & service delivery

✔ Expertise in recruitment, HR operations, workforce planning, and talent engagement

✔ HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI)

✔ Proven experience managing large-scale HR operations and client engagements.
