Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of Hospital Assist Nigeria. 

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

* Monitor and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.

* Coordinate interdepartmental activities and provide leadership to staff.

* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.

* Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

* Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.

* Liaise with management to align operational goals with the company’s strategy.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operations or administrative leadership role.

* Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational tools.
