Job Summary

Are you a strategic thinker with strong financial leadership skills? We are seeking a Head of Finance to lead and manage our financial operations, ensuring sound financial planning, compliance, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with a solid background in consulting, auditing, or financial advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

• Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Ensure compliance with statutory laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Lead and manage audits, tax planning, and financial risk assessments.

• Support executive management with key financial insights and data-driven decision-making.

• Liaise with external stakeholders including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and financial regulations.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Prior experience in a senior finance role, preferably in consulting, auditing, or related fields.

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).

• Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a consulting firm or audit practice is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with ERP/accounting software.

Remuneration: 

Salary- 550,000-600,000
