Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Formwork Carpenter Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all carpentry activities related to formwork construction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in formwork carpentry, leadership skills to manage a team, and the ability to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of formwork carpenters on-site.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to guide formwork assembly.
Ensure all formwork installations meet required specifications and quality standards.
Monitor work progress, allocate tasks, and manage resources effectively.
Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve skills and performance.
Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in formwork carpentry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of formwork techniques, materials, and construction processes.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.

Salary
N170,000 Monthly.
