*Job Summary:*

The Direct Sales Agent will drive retail customer acquisition, account opening, and product uptake through direct field engagement. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to meet and exceed defined sales targets in a competitive financial services environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Actively prospect, engage, and convert new customers within assigned territories.

- ⁠Promote the bank’s products and services, including savings, current accounts, and loan offerings.

- ⁠Maintain accurate and timely sales records using approved reporting tools.

- ⁠Build lasting relationships to encourage customer retention and referrals.

- ⁠Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.

*Minimum Requirements:*

- HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.

- ⁠Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in banking, fintech, insurance, or related industries.

- ⁠Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- ⁠Ability to work under pressure and deliver in a target-driven environment.

- ⁠Familiarity with local market dynamics is an advantage.
