Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily lounge operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Set up the lounge steadily before guest arrivals.

• Welcome and attend to passengers courteously and professionally.

• Take accurate stock of food, liquor, and crew items; report needs to the Lounge Manager for replenishment.

• Handle and document payment procedures, including cash payments and paying guests.

• Ensure the lounge is clean, tidy, and well-arranged at all times.

• Maintain accurate records of staff reporting times and lounge documentation.

• Strictly adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and operational strategies.

• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

• Support the Lounge Manager with any assigned duties.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Timely resolution of customer complaints.

• Accuracy in stock management and documentation.

• Compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Customer satisfaction ratings.

• Neatness and readiness of lounge setup.

• Timely and proper reporting and record-keeping.

Qualification:

• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in a hospitality or any related role.

• Bachelor’s Degree, OND, or a relevant professional qualification.

• Strong people and process management skills.

• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.).

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
