Overview:

We are seeking a smart and tech-savvy Front Desk/Tech Support Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and users. This role combines front desk responsibilities with technical support, including handling Website inquiry, Support request, Client facing issues regarding portal or email forms

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Technology, or other related field. 

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally  

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Well-coordinated, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
