Job Role: Factory shop floor staff.

Location: Guiness bus stop Ikeja

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Net Salary: ₦70,000

Other benefits: Family plan HMO, Pension, 13th Month, leave and leave allowance.

Job Summary:

We are seeking diligent and reliable individuals to join our production team as Factory Shop Floor Staff. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing a range of tasks on the shop floor to support the manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate basic machinery and production line equipment efficiently and safely

Assemble, pack, or inspect products as required

Load and unload raw materials and finished goods

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and workstations

Report any faults, damages, or equipment issues to the supervisor

Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and quality standards

Assist in stock inventory and record keeping as directed

Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly targets

Collaborate with other team members and departments as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE / OND or relevant qualification

Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is an advantage

Basic understanding of safety and hygiene regulations

Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Punctual, dependable, and a team player
