Alpha’s Touch is a premium laundry and dry-cleaning brand in Lagos, known for reliable service, garment care, and customer satisfaction. We are on a mission to scale our operations and expand our client base — and we need a sales leader who knows how to drive results.

Job Title: Laundry Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Role Overview

• As our Laundry Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing our customer base, managing B2B and B2C relationships, developing sales strategies, and building partnerships that expand our market presence.
• This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, street-smart hustle, and excellent people skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire individual, corporate, and institutional clients
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with hotels, restaurants, clinics, spas, salons, offices, and residential estates
• Oversee the sales pipeline — from lead generation to conversion and retention
• Manage a small team of sales reps or agents (where applicable)
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to build strong customer relationships
• Work with Contact center teamto support campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and relay feedback to operations for continuous improvement
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client relations — laundry, hospitality, FMCG, or service industry experience is a strong plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and hit sales targets
• Familiarity with Lagos neighborhoods and corporate terrain
• Proficient in Microsoft Office toold (Word, excel, powerpoint).

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
