We are seeking an IT Support professional with strong experience in Zoho applications to manage our IT systems, support staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support with focus on Zoho apps (Mail, Workplace, CRM, People, Projects, etc.).

Manage and maintain hardware, software, networks, servers, and overall IT infrastructure.

Troubleshoot system issues and respond promptly to support requests.

Handle user setup, configuration, and access control in Zoho.

Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with best practices.

Support system upgrades, integrations, and other IT projects.

Train staff on Zoho tools and general IT procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

2+ years IT Support experience, with hands-on expertise in Zoho applications.

Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and cloud tools.
