Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and strategy. You will provide actionable insights to management, guide business decisions, and drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and interpret financial reports to guide management decisions

Advise on investments and financial strategies to improve profitability

Monitor and maintain the company’s financial health

Analyze costs, pricing, sales results, and performance against business plans

Develop financial projections and identify opportunities for cost optimization

Lead finance operations, set goals, and ensure compliance with standards

Manage budget preparation and liaise with auditors

Collaborate with departments to align financial strategies with business goals

Requirements

Proven experience as a Financial Manager or Financial Analyst

Strong understanding of financial trends, statistics, and accounting principles

Proficient in finance software

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

CFA, CPA, or similar professional qualification is a plus
