Job Overview

A Medical outfit in Lagos,is seeking motivated and experienced Sales Executives to join our growing team in the medical equipment industry.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of high-quality medical devices and equipment to healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies.
Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals and procurement teams.
Understand client needs and provide customized product solutions.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to close sales effectively.
Manage existing client accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback to the management and product teams.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment sector.
Strong understanding of medical equipment, healthcare systems, and procurement processes.
Experience selling medical equipments is a plus
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
