The Quality Control Officer will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of operational processes within the institution. *Key Responsibilities:*

- Conduct periodic checks on transactions, documentation, and processes to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

- ⁠Identify gaps, errors, or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.

- ⁠Maintain accurate reports and escalate operational risks to management.

- ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce quality assurance standards.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- ⁠1–2 years’ experience in quality control, compliance, or operations within a financial institution.

- ⁠Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulatory standards, and internal control systems.

- ⁠High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
