Salary Range: *₦150,000 – ₦180,000 Net Monthly*

*Job Summary:*

The Sales Assistant will play a key role in driving customer engagement, supporting in-store sales, and strengthening the brand’s digital presence. This role requires a sharp, proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a passion for fashion. The ideal candidate should be both customer-focused and digitally savvy, capable of blending traditional retail sales with modern social media-driven customer engagement.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Deliver excellent in-store customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

- ⁠Assist with sales transactions, stock management, and store organization.

- ⁠Contribute creative ideas to improve sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement.

- ⁠Manage and promote the brand’s social media presence with engaging content.

- ⁠Support visual merchandising and ensure displays align with brand standards.

*Requirements:*

- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

- ⁠1–3 years’ experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles (fashion retail preferred).

- ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- ⁠Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

- ⁠Creative, proactive, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.

- ⁠Passion for fashion, trends, and customer engagement.
