Espritsor is an HR and recruitment service company duly registered with CAC. Our client is a leading hotel and resort in Ajah, Lagos state.

Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Description

• Are you a problem-solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We are hiring a dedicated Maintenance Officer to ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Your hands-on skills will be essential to our daily operations.

​Responsibilities

• ​Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• ​Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
• ​Conduct repairs for electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
• ​Manage a supply of maintenance tools and parts.
• ​Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

​Requirements

• ​Interested candidiates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 6 years experience.
• Proven experience in a maintenance or repair role.
• ​Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• ​Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools.
• ​Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• ​Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks.

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
