*Job Summary*

We are a growing start-up laundromat looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Receptionist to be the face of our business. You will welcome customers, manage orders, and keep things running smoothly at the front desk. If you enjoy meeting people, staying organized, and working in a vibrant environment, this role is for you.

*Responsibilities*

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with drop-offs, pick-ups, and inquiries.

• Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area.

• Manage customer orders, track laundry items, and update records accurately.

• Handle phone calls, messages, and customer follow-ups.

• Receive payments and issue receipts.

• Assist in coordinating with the laundry team to ensure timely service.

• Perform other administrative or customer service duties as assigned.

*Requirements*

• OND in any relevant field.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a front desk, cashier, or customer service role.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel) and ability to learn new systems.

• Experience in a retail, laundry, or hospitality setting is an advantage.

*Skills*

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Friendly, approachable, and able to work under pressure.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Neat and professional appearance.
