Location: NO,17B EMMANUEL OLORUNFEMI STREET, COLLEGE ROAD BY HARUNA BUS-STOP,OGBA,LAGOS.
Job summary
The loan collection officer is responsible for managing the collection of outstanding loans, negotiating repayment terms with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Debt Recovery and Management
*Customer Service and Support
*Compliance and Reporting
*Collaboration and Coordination
Qualifications and Skills:
* SSCE / NCE / OND / HND & Bsc; a statement of result is required with the application.
* Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.
* Proximity to the office is essential.
* Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays a month on paid and two Saturdays off as an overtime {if you choose to come}
* Excellent Problem Solving skills
Compensation and Benefits:
* Total Net Salary: (Basic salary 70,000 Naira per month plus over 30,000 to 100,000 commission monthly, 4k daily performance bonus and Overtime pay, ).
* Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
* Full Attendance Bonus (payable only for full attendance).
* Review salary for increment after months in employment.
