Job Title: Technical Co-founder (Equity only), Health and Wellness Platform

Location: Remote (Preferred: Africa or GMT time zones)
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

• We’re seeking a technical co-founder to lead the design and development of a digital community platform focused on health and wellness in Africa. You'll take full ownership of the tech side — from MVP to product iteration — and work closely with the founder to bring the vision to life.
• This is a part-time, equity-only opportunity (20–30% stake of the company), ideal for someone passionate about health, community, and the power of technology to heal and connect.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of the MVP (mobile/web)
• Build a scalable, secure, and user-friendly platform
• Make core technical decisions in collaboration with the founder and product/UX team
• Establish a solid tech foundation for growth and future iterations

Ideal Candidate

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience.
• You’re a full-stack developer or technical generalist who is:
• Experienced in building MVPs and shipping products
• Skilled in backend and frontend/mobile development
• Familiar with AI/NLP integrations and data analytics
• Able to work autonomously and in sync with a product-driven vision
• Passionate about mental health, community, and startups.
