Job Title: Quantity Surveyor 

Location: Gbagada. Lagos

Employment Type: Full-Time, Immediate Employment

Salary: #150,000-#250,000 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cost estimation, budgeting, procurement and contract administration for building and infrastructure projects.

Prepare detailed Bill of Quantity.

Conduct cost analysis and budget forecasts.

Collaborate with architects and engineers.

Track project cost and ensure alignment with approved budget qualifications.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Coordination.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers and stakeholders.

Proficiency in industry specific softwares (AutoCAD, Navision, Revit e.t.c)

HND/Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and a registered member of the NIQS as added advantage.

- Collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions

- Design and develop innovative balustrade systems, toilet cubicle partitions, and architectural hardware solutions using AutoCAD and other design software

- Conduct site visits to ensure accurate measurements and feasibility studies

- Coordinate with our production team to ensure seamless project execution

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies

*Requirements:*

- 2+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in balustrade systems, toilet cubicle partitions, and architectural hardware

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software

- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
