Salary: ₦250,000 Monthly

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and providing accurate solutions

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

• Document customer interactions, process orders, and manage customer accounts

• Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work U.S. time zone hours

• Must be detail-oriented and tech-savvy

• Must reside in or be willing to commute to Admiralty Way, Lekki
