*Job Summary:*

The Agent Field Officer (AFO) will be responsible for the acquisition, activation, engagement, and performance management of agents within a designated territory. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong field presence, effective interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to supporting and driving agent performance in alignment with business targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Recruit and onboard agents in line with company acquisition targets.

• Train agents on the use of POS terminals and the “Area Konnect” platform.

• Monitor agent activity and ensure consistent transaction volumes.

• Conduct field engagements to boost agent performance and POS utilization.

• Resolve agent complaints and provide ongoing field support.

• Retrieve POS terminals from inactive agents and reassign to more productive agents.

• Conduct market sensitization, brand promotion, and visibility campaigns for Area Konnect.

*Performance Indicators:*

• Number of active and transacting agents onboarded monthly.

• POS terminal utilization and agent retention rate.

• Reactivation of inactive POS devices.
