* Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production standards.

* Prepare baking equipment and maintain cleanliness of the bakery area.

* Support daily baking operations to meet production targets.

* Monitor product quality and ensure freshness standards are maintained.

* Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

* Previous bakery or kitchen experience is an advantage.

* Basic knowledge of baking processes and ingredients.

* Ability to work early morning and in a fast-paced environment.

* Good teamwork and communication skills.

* Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

* Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
