Requirements

 

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support our construction and project management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and project valuations for construction works.

• Track variations, progress, and ensure proper cost control throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure cost efficiency

• Analyze data, including financial modeling and forecasting to inform project decisions. 

Qualifications 

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software (e.g., CostX, Planswift, or similar).

• Membership with a recognized professional body (e.g., NIQS, RICS, CIOB) is an added advantage. 

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
