Job Summary:

The IT Wintel Officer will be responsible for monitoring IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, and providing first-level support for applications, networks, and databases. This role requires a highly analytical, service-oriented professional with expertise in IT operations, incident management, and system monitoring within a financial institution.

Requirements:

- Maximum 27 years old.

- ⁠Minimum of B.Sc. (Second Class Lower) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

- ⁠1–2 years in IT support, system monitoring, or database management.

- ⁠Proficiency in IT monitoring tools

- ⁠Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, WAN/LAN connectivity, firewalls, and security.

- ⁠Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, and troubleshooting best practices.
