*Job Overview*

This role is responsible for reviewing, cleaning, and updating data to ensure accuracy and consistency across the company’s internal systems. The ideal candidate must have a strong IT background, with hands-on experience using basic data tools and applications to support data quality improvements across departments.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Review and clean up internal data by identifying and correcting incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicated records.

- ⁠Use Excel and other IT tools to carry out regular data audits, validations, and corrections.

- ⁠Work closely with the IT and Operations team to ensure updated data is properly synced across systems.

- ⁠Maintain detailed records of all data cleansing activities and corrections made.

- ⁠Support the upload, transfer, and organization of digital records in the company’s databases.

*Requirements*

- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- ⁠At least 1–2 years of experience working with data in a structured office environment.

- ⁠Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, especially tools like VLOOKUP, data sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.

- ⁠Comfortable using basic database systems or enterprise software for data entry and corrections.

- ⁠Good understanding of how IT systems manage and store data.
