Job Title: *Compensation & Benefits Officer*

*Key Responsibilities*

- Process payroll and client invoices with accuracy

- ⁠Manage PAYE, pension, NSITF, ITF, and other statutory deductions

- ⁠Prepare salary structures, leave allowance, exit payments, and 13th-month schedules

- ⁠Handle reconciliation of client inflows and HMO/insurance updates

- ⁠Ensure proper documentation and processing of bereavement and medical benefits

- ⁠Collaborate across teams and with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance

🎯 *What You Need*

- A first degree in any social science or business-related discipline.

- ⁠Minimum of 1 year of experience in a compensation & benefits or payroll role.

- ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- ⁠High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.

- ⁠Working knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and payroll systems.
