We are recruiting a qualified candidate to improve our team in the capacity below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Ago-Iwoye, Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

The supervisor will:

Be responsible for 360 operations management at the cinema

Provide business support for the general manager

Oversee retail sales activities with a view to maximising profits

Train cinema staff to adhere to best practices and company policy

Minimum Qualifications

A Degree in any discipline

4 years experience in hospitality management

Cinema work experience is an added advantage.

Skills:

Proficiency with computers

Knowledge of retail sales software

Understanding of processes

Good understanding of HSE and regulatory compliance.
